If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will:

Replace the item, or
Offer a partial/full refund depending on the situation

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchase. We are not responsible for sizing issues once the order is placed.
